i'm mimi, and i'm the webmaster of this site. neocities appeals to me because of its old web charm and the extreme level of customization it allows. i'm pretty inexperienced with site-building, but i'm eager to learn and to see how this site evolves over time.

as a brief rundown, my interests include art, video games, pokémon (my hyperfixation), animals, plushies, and more weirdly varied subjects.
